Arrival
Your apartment will be ready for check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. To guarantee your booking, we require a valid credit card. The security deposit—equivalent to one night's stay for two people—can be paid upon arrival.

Departure & Refund of Security Deposit
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM. Your deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card within a few days, provided the apartment is left in proper condition.

Our breakfast buffet is available Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at a price of €15.50 per person.

Our culinary concept: You can taste good vibes! The Nells Park kitchen stands for seasonal, fresh, and simply delicious cuisine. Feel free to reserve a table at our restaurant through the front desk.

Bringing pets is only permitted upon prior arrangement.
We charge an additional fee of €10 per pet per night.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a flat rate of €50 per pet applies.
